T20mm Wedge bulbs / ECE-R37 approved
For automotive exterior lighting application such as :
DRL (Day Time Running) lights / Reversing lights / blinkers / break lights / rear fog lamps / etc …
- All T20mm Wedge bulbs of the ECE regulation R37 (approved by official laboratories) , can be offered by TOSHIBA
- Bulbs compatible with standard IEC T20 sockets.
- Three Life time variations can be proposed : Standard ( Argon gas) / long-Life ( Krypton ) & Ultra Long-Life ( Xenon gas)
- Rk : the ULL version allows to reach an extreme long life with a B3 > = 6000 Hrs in case of the clear bulbs W21W ULL and W21/5W ULL
- The colored ECE-R37 T20 bulbs such as WY21W NA ( amber) and T20 ULL BLUE XENON (W21W BLUE & W21/5W BLUE) are also in the TOSHIBA portfolio
- The T20 bulbs are more robust and so more reliable than the other bulbs ( such as S25 ; S8 etc .. ) used for the same lighting function
- The excellent reliability level and the long life time ( especially in LL and ULL) are especially interesting for the Day Time Running lighting function (DRL).
